Very fiddly job. Doubt if I could do it. Luckily my fault was caused by something else. I got a paper jam. Cleared it - the page printed - but the jam light kept flashing. Eventually I traced it to a thin piece of foam that was lodged in the mechanism and it cleared. Take back off printer - turn to the light and look inside to see if there is anything that shouldn't be there. I used a long sharp knife to tease it out. I did upset a cup of pens while doing this and just need to clear them from the floor. Relieved. best printer I ever had.
