Do you recommend this over the EW200? I'm torn between getting Q1 Pro and the EW200. Some say the EW200 is too bright and harsh but has great technicalities. While some say the Q1 Pro has great mids but a bit shouty and lacks treble and technicality.
I would say your description is spot on, the Q1 pro is a lot safer compared to the EW200. For longer and non fatiguing listening sessions, I recommend the Q1 Pro instead of the EW200. However, for more "wow" factor and if you can tolerate treble well, I recommend the EW200. So this boils down to personal preferences. There is a more detailed comparison in my written review too. @@Des_Audio Thanks! I'm not really a fan of harsh and fatiguing treble. It's why I didn't like the og 7hz zero. But I want a decent upgrade to my Hola and Wan'er. I'm leaning into the Q1 Pro, but I'm not sure if it's worth the upgrade since many recommended the EW200 for the technicalities you get for the price. $40 is the highest I can go right now for IEMs. Do you have any other recommendations?
@@chetbrunsteen8613 I would say Q1 Pro is a solid option then. However, if you can save up for more, that would be a better choice since I doubt the $15-20 difference would be that much of a jump from your current IEMs. Otherwise, the Hola and Wan'Er are solid enough actually.
