On September 13th, I was in Greenland as part of my job. My colleagues and I were going to Eqi Glacier Lodge, a camp deep inside the icefjord system near Ilulissat.
It was a 2 hour beautiful boat tour, of course with mountains and icebergs everywhere as is the standard in Greenland.
Upon arriving, the weather was absolutely amazing. I knew I had to go for a walk around the camp, and I decided to bring the camera.
Eqi Glacier Lodge is run by World of Greenland, and it was an extraordinary experience. We spent two nights there. No civilization. No wifi. Just being present in the moment, enjoying the company of each other and the fascinating view of a 3.5 km wide, 200 m tall glacier.
