EQUAL CUBAN TWIST: How to double strand twist & curl 

Is it odorless? I found a hair that had nearly the right texture and a horrible scent. Couldn't deal. Haha

peepla7 l LOL I understand. I have purchased hair that had a smell before. Yes ma'am it's odorless. But I always tell my customers to make sure they clean their scalp even if you have braids. And you can do this with seabreeze or just plain alcohol and a towel.

+LaTayna Rice it would have to be alcohol free. Alcohol can be internally drying for the natural hair.

Hi. Generally it does. For my kinky twist, I use Marley hair and it keeps its shape just like normal kanekelon hair. Kanekelon hair just seals/curls faster in boiling water compared to Cuban or Marley twist hair. Ex. When using boiling water...for kanekelon hair, I dip the hair and immediately withdraw it after 2-3 seconds, but with Cuban or Marley hair, I will leave it in up to 30 seconds depending on the thickness of the braid/twist

Don't continue to twist the strands as you go down the twist as they recommended in the video. Anchor the twist well at the beginning like they did, but don't make any effort to continue twisting the two sides as you make the twist.

Leslie Cain yes because you need bleach to lighten hair.. if you cant bleach hair such as this kind, you need a lighter color to make it darker to the color you want. Get a blonde color and dye it or try to find another brand that has your color.
