I just got this it keeps coming up with E01 with any button I press apart from one button which keeps adding 8. It’s from a previous owner. I’m having to keep turning it off because nothing stops the beeping. It doesn’t have a switch on the side either please could you help how to proceed

Hi, I want to allocate some memory to have a second price level, however it says that it will wipe memory. Does that mean it will completely wipe all the memory from the till in terms of Sales etc or just each preset PLU values? thank you
would you by any chance know how to fix code error E01 on this exact model? It just beeps when I push any button after turning it on. I've tried everything to fix it and can't find a solution.
you can use the key in position S (with the key C), hold press "check" and turn on the machine push av paper(ticket) ,#till , receipt and total , wait and after program with option 60 in position S, for last use P for the other programation.
Hi I have a Samsung ER-380M & am having problems with sequence error, I have tried clearing the RAM & Initial Clear & have searched the internet for days to try & find a solution but nothing has worked. I can't do anything on the register without receiving the Sequence Error message as soon as i press cash/tend key to finalize the action . I can't input my stock or prices without receiving this error & i am a new small business trying to get up & running, does anyone have any ideas how to solve this problem please.
