Bob's Burgers is an American animated sitcom created by Loren Bouchard for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The Belcher family animated series has no shortage of health-related episodes and medical scenes. Bob Belcher, Linda Belcher, Louise Belcher, Tina Belcher, and Gene Belcher navigate their fair share of injuries, doctor’s appointments, but the accuracy of this Bob's Burgers compilation is questionable, to say the least. In the past years, Bob's Burgers cannibal and Bob's Burgers songs have brought attention to audiences. After ER Doctor Jordan Wagner reacted to Bob's Burgers for the first time a while back, he got a lot of requests to make a part 2. So today Doctor Wagner, a real life emergency physician from Experts React on Gamology will be watching and reacting to Bob's Burgers funny moments and the best Bob's Burgers clips in the history of Bob's Burgers. Do you watch Bob's Burgers full episodes? If you want Dr. Jordan Wagner to continue making this doctor reaction series please give this video a like and leave a comment on which TV show or medical memes or just funny memes you'd like for him to review next.
Bob Belcher is a third-generation restaurateur who runs Bob's Burgers with his loving wife and their three children. Bob believes his burgers speak for themselves and isn't afraid to offer a variety of off-beat creations. Bob's wife, Linda, supports his dream but is becoming sick of the slow times, as the restaurant is constantly in danger of going out of business. Despite the challenges, which include consistent harassment from Linda's ex -- a health inspector -- Bob tries to keep the grill sizzling.

Please do Bojack Horseman. Here are some scenes you can react to. Keeping it vague to avoid spoilers. S1E1: Bojack is hospitalized after a panic attack (I would like to hear your thoughts on the doctor's advice to Bojack) S1E11: A shady doctor provides study drugs. S3E5: Character goes to the hospital for a wrist injury, and finds out she's pregnant S3E6: Character is put through an absurd rigamarole when she goes to get an abortion. S4E4: Character is trying to get pregnant and goes to a fertility doctor. S4E10: Character is hospitalized after an overdose. S5E09: Bojack loses his prescription pain pills. Among other things he tries to get more from the doctor in S1E11, only to find out he's changed his ways. S6E06: A absurdist episode centered around an organ transplant.

I grew up in the mountains and never really suffered from asthma, but I was a camp counselor and I had a set of parents that did not inform me their son had need of an inhailer because they did not want him to be left out of all the fun camp activities. So during a hike, he went into a severe asthma attack, and I had to provide breathing once, Sent my CIT or counselor in training down the hill, and do a fireman fire man carry with this poor kid And have my other Kids in my group follow me back down the trail we were hiking, and send both my CIT who apparently had asthma and the kid to the emergency room. Both of them were OK. Then I returned back to camp, to help console the children and Had a flood of emotions hit me by the time everything calmed down and alnoe. I was only 15 years old at that time

The worst thing to have while donating blood is a panic attack because panic can make you feel like you're about to pass out. I had one right before they were going to put the needle in, so I knew it wasn't from donating. I almost passed out from donating once, there was a darkness moving in from the outside of my vision. That's how I learned to not donate blood while on a restrictive diet.
@novanettle7497
@novanettle7497 3 года назад
I almost passed out once while donating blood. I had donated before but I had recently moved so it was a new clinic. They were kind of busy and there was a lot of movement in the room, so I got a bit nervous. I'm not to sensitive but the needle felt more uncomfortable and "pinchy" than normal. It was also my first time donating in the summer - the weather was hot and I was probably a bit dehydrated. I started feeling a little bit dizzy and nausious while in the chair, so I made sure to get up slowly after I was done. It didn't help though, as I got to the fridge to grab a sandwich and some juice, I broke out in a cold sweat and my vision started to go. I wobbled away to a table to sit down and put my head against the table (if I pass out, maybe I won't fall to the floor). I have probably never been so close to passing out without actually passing out. If I did, it was only for a second or so. A fellow donor saw me and told me I was absolutely white and should lie on the floor. But I was a bit embarrassed by the whole thing and just slurred "thanks, but I'm fine. This is fine. I just need a minute". With my head still on the table I drank some juice as my head slowly stopped spinning. I would have probably been better off lying in the floor, but I was committed to the table now. The juice and sandwich helped but I felt a bit shaky and weak for the rest of the day. I'm pretty sure it was due to dehydration, so now I drink a good half litre of one of those health drinks with electrolytes before I donate blood. Eating and sleeping well is good too.

Also that part when Bob's donating blood and he rips off the line I can so relate, I had surgery and when I was ready to get dressed for some dumb reason the nurses wouldn't take off the Line even though the bag was already empty so I had to change with that still in and ofc I couldn't get my arm through the sleeve. But when I was 8 years old after being diagnosed, I had to get stuck 8 times in one night because they couldn't find the vein for an IV. I only started panicking after the 3rd one which is why it was so hard for them. you get patients like that. i had a patient, that as an RN of 6 years, it took me 45 minutes to get an IV set up, because their veins were just...not where they should be, or seem to be. I've also had patients who just...blew their veins out despite all precautions. that always sucks, because it can happen to the most experienced nurses and a lot of new nurses freak out, thinking they fucked up.

Im curious what youd think of Hannibal, the show? Specifically the scenes where the insane Gideon performs live surgery on his victim, Dr. Chilton, and when Hannibal drugs the villain mason verger with incredibly powerful psychedelics and convinces him to cut his own face off.

I have that juicy, type O negative blood, and have been a fairly consistent donor for over 20 years, but complications of a logistical nature have kept me from having access to a place to give. I have prominent veins, but they do that rolling thing a lot. It doesn't matter much. Nurses, phlebotomists, really don't like to push in a needle if they don't expect a hit. Why would they? Slips have happened, but it's not the process is stab and pray for the best. I used to work for the American Red Cross, but I was not on the medical side, but a volunteer coordinator. Still worked in the building though, and in the very, very times there was any sort of crisis--big or small--it always seemed to include one of two reasons: dehydration/undernourished, or being freaked out expecting pain. It shouldn't hurt, but people who believe it's going to be bloody and painful will often experience pain. It can be psychosomatic too.
@flargarbason1740

Phlebotomist here. Common misconception with blood typing. O- is the universal RED CELL type. Blood is made of Red cells, plasma, and platelets (though all platelets are universal). When you donate, these are all separated and given to the proper patients. While O- red cells are universal, their plasma is not. O- Plasma can only be used on O- and O+.

You should react to Titus. It's a severely underrated show with plenty of medical scenes. I'd recommend these episodes: Season 1 Episode 9 - Episode Eleven Season 2 Episode 1 - Titus is Dead Season 2 Episode 2 - The Test Season 2 Episode 6 - The Perfect Thanksgiving Season 2 Episode 23 - The Pendulum FYI All of the episodes are on RU-vid.

I am a phlebotomist and that scene with the blood bus crack me up in so many ways. I used to take blood donations too and this honestly makes me laugh, but CRINGE. you would never!! Get stuck with a dirty needle!!! And honestly have them lay back if they're going to donate and be so worried about it. And if anyone is worried about this scene, please know you would never be left alone during a blood donation.

When I was eight the school , called my mom and told her there was a huge lice outbreak... long story short my mom didn't check if it was she put rid on my hair. I freaked out and started yelling at my mom that the shampoo burns my head.. turns out it wasn't lice , and no I wasn't allergic to rid, I ended up having a very bad case of Chickenpox that's started in my hair and it exploded to everywhere after that.... I was really miserable at the beginning of that summer in 1994. So moral of the story always check and see if it's lice first...

When i was in highschool and went to the school blood drives, the nurse tried to forcibly turn my head away from the needle. i SNAPPED. 1, nobody should force my head to move. 2. nobody touches without permission. and 3. i need to watch the needle. i hate not knowing when it's going to touch me. if i can't see you and the needle I will possibly get startled and try to hit someone XD. same thing used to happen with doctors and vaccines when i was little. but either way, some people don't do well with distractions. some of us have to watch the needle. even now that i'm an adult i'll still get the 'maybe you should look away?' and will very calmly just tell them 'no thank you, go ahead.'

I love in the asthma episode how Louise is like "oh what you afraid he is gonna breathe too well" when Bob asks how to use the inhaler because one time when I was little, I asked my aunt something about if I should use my inhaler because I couldn't tell if I was having an attack starting and her exact response was "take it just in case, I mean you can't breathe too well right" 🤣🤣🤣 So any time I start to feel my chest tighten now I always remember that and know that the anxiety side effects of the inhaler can't kill me but an attack can so better be a bit anxious then alot weezy

I wish the lice fact you said was true about treatments. I did them all and none worked. We even used powdered ant and bug killed in my hair while I slept that made my hair like straw, don’t know how it killed my hair and not them but eventually I had to shave my head. There are treatments but they honestly rarely work, if you’re comfortable doing it the only real way to completely get rid of them is shaving your head. Especially with super lice, which is when you let it get bad because you didn’t know and there are more and they’re older and stronger and laying more eggs.

I could never give blood just getting blood taken for a blood test almost makes me pass out. Seeing blood in games and movies I’m fine. Getting cut and seeing my own blood I’m fine. Thinking about getting blood sucked out through a needle I’m gonna pass out. I’m not even afraid of needles I used to get shots for my allergies all the time and still get flu shots every year.
@newquinken
@newquinken 3 года назад
Understandable. When you see Blood in a Movie or Game, your brain isn't bothered by it as much because, now matter how realistic is looks, you still know it's JUST a movie or it's JUST a video game. But once you see the real thing, that has a much bigger impact on your mind, and if you can't handle the sight of blood, well that when Pass outs happens.
@GabeTheGrump
@GabeTheGrump 3 года назад
@@newquinken It's still confusing to me I think someone said it's called white coat syndrome? I'm 25 I'm desensitized from a lot of things I've had bad cuts and watched blood pouring from my finger and I was fine put a bandaid on and forget about it. I think I'm just squeamish about the inside of my wrist and elbow getting cut or have a needle inserted compared to just getting a flu shot in my shoulder or a cut on my leg. Not to sound like some tough guy but there's a lot I'm not afraid of. Not afraid of doctors, needles, hospitals, ect but when I show up to a hospital my blood pressure goes up and my body starts freaking out no matter how calm my thoughts are if that makes sense. The last time I had a blood test the nurses told me I should sit down and have some water because I was pale as a ghost and felt like I was going to pass out just by giving a little bood.

Ugh, last time I had to have a blood test, my body refused to let my blood go, so they had to have three goes to suck enough of the stuff out, one in each inner-elbow, and a butterfly needle on the back of my left hand, an utter nightmare for me as I HATE needles!!! :S
