(1)Can't we use nebulization of duolin budecort simultaneously in case of Acute exacerbation of COPD/acute attack of asthma to relieve attack?? (2) Does levosalbutamol causes similar side effects like tremor tachycardia hypokalemia as seen with salbutamol?? 3) From first Nebulization,after how long & how many times can we give Nebulization of duolin+budecort to relieve acute attack of copd and asthma???

Omalizumab dose is not dependent on IgE level. I think it depend on IgE level

But chest x-ray will be normal in asthma
