Happy Halloween everyone! This is my contribution to the 2020 Pokémon Halloween Megamix, which features a whole bunch of spooky renditions of your favourite Pokémon tracks and you can check it out here: • POKEMON HALLOWEEN MEGA...
I've been quite busy with uni lately (but I'm almost done!) so I'll keep this short. October is always a really hectic time for me and I rarely get time to make a Halloween mix, but since I hadn't for the past three years (wow!) I wanted to push myself to actually get one done. I originally started this mix back in 2018 but never got around to finishing it and I really liked the direction I was going with it, so I hope you all enjoy!
Thanks for the ongoing support! I was asleep when the Halloween Megamix was premiering but I went back and checked the live chat, and it was such a treat seeing all the kind words everyone had for me, so really thank you so much!

This is fantastic! And I adore the title pun. Even though this is meant to be a creepy rendition, I think it may be my absolute favourite remix of the VS Kanto Trainer theme in general. Also, the merged Pokemon Tower music is very cool.

this is such a clean mix, very well produced! love the sound design and the solos are so damn amazing! it really has a halloween-y feel in it, especially in the intro with the pipe organ and those menacing drums, the transition after that was so smooth as well! that slow solo part around 4:00 was so damn beautiful too, kinda reminded me of dancing mad! great work as always, it's a pleasure to blast your new song out from my speakers :)

yooooo thanks!! yah the instrumentation was mostly the way to inject the spook into it, although I did throw some spooky chords and melody references. glad the transitions are smooth too and that you enjoy the slow emotional part, it was difficult to balance the styles I was going for in this ahaha

This slaps so hard! It's fully my undisputed favorite version of this song. The transitions are like butter, the instrumentation is heavily varied yet choice at every turn, and you've created a fresh take on a song that's seen a thousand iterations. Chef's kiss

thanks! I always worry if what I do is fresh enough, and with this track in particular I liked the frenzy of changing styles and instrumentation frantically, so I'm glad it paid off!

After coming back to this remix a few months later because it is genuinely my favorite remix on the internet right now (and that says a lot considering it's been 4 months) I have to say I am shocked at how under viewed it still is. This is seriously epic and I've tried to share it with as many people as possible (which is not a lot because I don't know many people) so more people hear it. It deserves 10x the amount of views it has. :)

If Red and Blue ever faced each other in a dance-off, then I demand this to be the music they dance to. Oh, and I also request for at least 8 backing dancers too. As a side note, erm, _awkward shuffles_ will we see an Ace Attorney remix _more awkward shuffle_ ? Not-not that we're saddened by the lack, as there's still the old mixes to repeat endlessly and your other mixes to check out. _awkward shuffle reaches resonant frequencies_ It'd still be great though, like Christmas in summer for all the North hemisphere people _awkward shuffle reaches critical frequency, merger with the electromagnetic fields complete_ . Yeaaaaaaaaaaaah now how am I supposed to check out sheddy's new mixes?

still unsure though if the sound u used on 0:17 and more often throughout the video, is the zubat sound/screeching from ingame but prop yes xD (its always so fun to notice things like this in your remixes cause it makes them kinda special)
