By far the best eraser you can buy in the US is the Pentel white vinyl block erasers.

For erasing light prismacolor colored pencil marks outside of the coloring lines in coloring books I use the Tom Bow Mono Zero eraser. It works remarkably well in small areas. Maybe the Tom Bow Mono Knock eraser would be good for larger areas?
