Hi there. Thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate your comment. The links to the main page should be working but the ones for applying to the programs are not yet working because they will only open once the application period starts; which is usually from Sept-Oct. So, please check during those months or often (my recommendation) as the deadlines will vary with different programs.

I'm a current BSIT student (4-year program) halfway through my degree. Do the Erasmus Mundus courses offered for a specific field of study remain the same year after year? (e.g., Will the courses available this year be the same as in 2026?). Knowing the available courses beforehand would allow me to pick one and gain relevant work experience before applying. The courses are usually same but there might be courses which are scheduled for a certain period in which case they might either stop offer those courses or bring a new one. Yes, you are absolutely right and that’s why I always encourage everyone to keep yourself posted with the Erasmus Mundus Catalogue and the main site for the programs you are interested in. As you mentioned it would take 2-4 months to get the results for the scholarship application, is it possible that the semester could start before we receive the scholarship results? If my application is not accepted after 2-4 months, will I still have the chance to apply for a student visa? Your reply would be a great help

No, the semester will not start before the scholarship results- it’s not possible. Usually you’ll receive an acceptance or the opposite in your email and if you’re accepted, you’ll surely have enough time to apply for a student visa, but once you get it, it’s better you apply for the student visa asap. Hello 👋 when you go through the catalogue and find your program, you can go to the website and see the application process. You don’t need to apply for university separately as the application you apply will be for the scholarship and for the universities you choose during the process. Hello 👋 This scholarship is the one that you apply for the program and once you’re offered with the acceptance, it’s already for the scholarship so I don’t think it’ll be possible to get one after getting an offer. When you apply for Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, you are already applying for the program and the scholarship both.

@@moonlighting552 there’s no limitation to the number of programmes you can apply within the EMS Programmes. There was a limit of three programs per applicant before but that limitation now has been removed.

Usually, the general criteria is that the CGPA accounts for the highest weightage amongst other documents. But there are definitely some programs that specifically mention the grades or like for example you need to be in top ____ % of your class. So, it’s important that you know your programs of interest and check their individual requirements. The Erasmus Mundus Catalogue is literally the answer to all your questions- I have linked Catalogue in my video’s description and hope this helps.

In the catalogue the "year of project selection" only is up to 2023 there is no option for 2024 or 2025 ? can u explain why?

Tbh, I’m not sure why that is the case but you only need the keywords section to filter your result. Try it and you’ll find the relevant courses and if this doesn’t work, I’ll always recommend the prospective students to go through the entire catalogue without any filter, and only look further in those programmes that align with their interest in particular. Has there been a new change that allows application to more than 3 programs? And all the programs I want to apply for have an end date of this year! But three of them have been going on since the 2000s, so is it safe to assume they will continue to fund the programs?

Hello Shreedhar. Yes, they made this change a while back so you are eligible to apply for more than 3 programs if you want to. If they mention so, then it might be that they will not continue. But usually, they come up with similar new programs once the old ones phase out. If the three programmes you are talking about, don’t say anything about the period for which they are operating, then it’s likely they will continue. It’s good to be updated with the website particularly around September as they would update their website before the application opens.

They have not mentioned anything about the continuation or discontinuation of the programme, just the normal 6 year funding time from 2018 to 24. If it is not showing on the list, then it’s very likely that the program is not under the scholarship programme. But try and browse through the entire list as sometimes, there might be programs similar to your interest but might have been named different as compared to the keywords you’ve used while searching for your programs.

To the best of my knowledge and own experience, I’d say you don’t pay any form of declaration as such. Largely because you are receiving enough funding for your tuition fees and the living expenses so it really doesn’t make much sense to pay the commitment part. Hope this helps :)

Hello 👋 to be sure, you need to look at the criteria for your programs of interest in the Erasmus Mundus Catalgue as they will have the specific information on requirements for the programs. The ideal time to take the test would be right before you apply (of course keeping in mind that you have enough time to get the results for your application). This is because you can apply to more scholarships within the IELTS test validity period :)

Hi Sandesh, please go through the Erasmus Mundus Catalogue that has been posted in the description of this video. Use both filter search like type finance once and economics second and see the programs for yourself. If you don’t find much in this manner, try going through the whole list, make a list of the programs as per your interest. If you still are unable in finding the right programs, reply to the comment and I’ll do it for you. But first please try those two options. I hope this helps 😊

As long as you have bachelors in the field that you want to do your master’s in, you’re eligible for the application. It’s very important to look into the Erasmus Mundus Catalogue and hence I recommend you to do the same.

The deadlines vary with the program so please check the catalogue first and then the main website of the program to see that and also the opening date- usually they open the applications from September or October. For your subject, you need to see if there are any programs that provide scholarship for English literature via the Erasmus Mundus Catalogue and hope this helps :)

@@ibrahimswati6392 you only need to apply to the program and you’ll be asked which universities you want to pursue the program in in case they have choices if not, for instance, if they have a fixed track, you are already applying for the universities when you apply for the program.
