I was at this concert in Manchester on the night it was filmed and I still have the phantasmagorical tour t-shirt along with a photo of myself with Vince and Andy after the show. It still remains one of the best concerts I have ever been to. I was fortunate to see it two days in a row. On the second day, the sound cut out while they were singing Heart of Stone and they just kept going and did an accapella version which was amazing! It was also the same day that Take a chance on me got to number one in the charts.
I was there too that night, had been to an earlier show on the tour. I now look back on these shows with mixed emotions. They were truly magnificent and remind me of a (much younger) part of my life which was just so fantastic.
THE TANK THE SWAN & THE BALLOON is one of the best concerts I've ever been too at the Edinburgh playhouse 92.next song was Judy garland over the rainbow 🌈❤♥ FANTASTIC BRILLIANT MEMORIES 👏
@@ianfielding6840 Well....on the contrary...... Looking at the majority of the total fucking crap that the UK has submitted to Eurovision over the years, I think Andy and Vince would have pissed it with this tune. It is absolutely superb!!!
Sorry to disapoint but these clips are from the Apollo Theatre Manchester 1992. It was a 2 night gig they also made a video. myself and my wife were there and can be seen in the crowd on this and a number of other clips, most of all on the Stop clip, Best concert EVER
this live version blows the original album version out the water! to the point where i can't listen to the cd version...it sounds so boring compared to this one :D
