ERC warns the Supreme Court that the amnesty "must be applied" despite attempts to "torpedo" it 

ERC spokesperson, Raquel Sans, warned the Supreme Court this Monday that "the amnesty is an approved law that must be applied." He said this after the TS decided to leave the former president of the Generalitat Carles Puigdemont, the former vice president Oriol Junqueras and the former councilors Toni Comín, Lluís Puig, Raül Romeva, Jordi Turull and Dolors Bassa out of the scope of the law, alleging that they committed embezzlement and that this is not amnestiable. At a press conference, Sans said that it is "no surprise" but that the law "will have to end up being applied" despite the fact that they try to "torpedo" him.
