I read that cobbins I getting beaten by officers 👮 in prison and a judge refused him a public defender. So yes he’s wasting oxygen but believe they are suffering

Like I understand the point of it, I just didn't think in those particular two instances it wasn't necessary for what was it, the attornies? To be saying, I smiled and waved or I was on the same elevator as a juror. It was just wierd to me
Well...there's SOME truth and jussssssst a very small scintilla of plausibility. See, I've been reading about this since 2007 - 2008 and there are multiple witness reports of "obnoxious and loud music" being played during the time Channon and Chris were tortured and murdered. I DO NOT believe for one second that they didn't hear and I DO NOT believe that one of them DID NOT know what was going on. That being said, I believe wholly that they started blaring music to mask what was going on and to delude themselves from complicitness.
I read there wasn't a door to that room either. Not only did they hear everything but they watched. I read that while reading about the female also charged in this case. Plus there were up to 3 other unidentified semen DNA on the bodies. There were others involved. Hopefully some day they will also get what's coming to them.
Maybe I am the only one but after watching all these testimonies and other videos about this crime I literally had nightmares about this. I could not fathom the horror they felt. God hold them tight and hope thet are at peace in heaven. God bless chris and channon family! I will NEVER forget this case ever!

Gandolf Grey it was a horrendous act of brutal cruelty. However, it’s classified as a crime of opportunity. The defendants have used violence regularly w/ folks in their community. Kinda like Dave Chappelle , no one was safe.
I have followed these cases since I first heard and watched them all. Full of liars none of them man up with the truth. Channon and Chris has the most torturous deaths, just disgusting and heartbreaking. May they both Rest In Peace. And may all those involved rot in hell. The few defense lawyers i have chatted with use it at as a defense tactic to make the client look less capable of committing crimes. Works absolutely like a charm........ for non violent offenders.. lol
The death penalty is wrong. You must ask God for forgiveness for your wicked thoughts & you must learn to forgive them for what they have done & try not to personalize it. I forgive them & I must tell it feels much better than being angry for their deeds. Try it.

Just talk to my son about this case, which I only just learned about on my RU-vid travels. This case , the testimony of the young brother with braids( forgot his name) the tears began to roll down my face. Effin sick. Sick. I said the same, a vengeful spirit came over me.. thinking of all the ways I would make them suffer.. Ugh They all make me sick

Cece Parks agreed I’m a visual person so when I read about the details of a crime especially the elements of torture I imagine myself going through this and I cannot tolerate it.
It was beyond evil. They should have all been given the Death Penalty. Someone could have got help if they wanted to. This was sickening and so unnecessary.

After conversation about this brutal crime, the general consensus was: was it possible that the gang were dishing out punishment for being ripped off? It's difficult to believe that they did what they did just for kicks because that's unthinkable...

And this is why I am extra careful. I don't hang out with people I don't know! I don't tell people where I live! I don't trust nobody. My home is surrounded with cameras and audio. And if somehow they get passed the surveillance system, I have something nice and hot just for them. Bless those families.
Am i the only one who is wonder as a dad just how close I could get to one of them during the court proceedings to drive a sharp pc of wood in the neck of one of these guys... I'm sure metal detectors had to be gone thru..

Death penalty should be given and quickly, but yet, we have to continue paying for them to eat and live when they have done such horrible things and made this young couple suffer horrible deaths. It's so upsetting to see Channons father. When the court camers pan amongst those in the court room. You can see his anger. You can almost feel his frustration. God Bless those families. Channon and Christopher's families. It's so horrendous what happened to their children. God Bless those families. At least we know that Channon and Christopher are angels in Heaven.

My heart breaks for the victims and their families. I can only imagine the hurt and anguish these families had to endure by not only the notification of their deaths, but also from listening to the testimonies on how they were tortured and killed. I was thrilled personally that the attorney confronted him about being in earshot during her vicious rape. To see him in stripes trying to be dignified was pretty good. I'd still like to see her Daddy get 10 minutes alone.

I honestly wished that they were either drugged or passed out for most, or at least some of this.... sadly no... the medical examiner found no drugs or alcohol (besides I think 0.01) and it seemed like Shannon was awake until the very end. The evil things that happened to that couple should of never happened. I can't imagine being in a position like that but you have no idea what demons are living amongst us. All of them that took part in they're abduction and murders should die and will in time.

Wee Annie Right! There is no reason to believe anything that comes out of these people’s mouth but, that George guy might not have heard what Boyd was doing in the sun room. First off the victims were bound and gagged so they couldn’t scream and if the music was loud that could possibly make it less likely to hear. Also, there was testimony that the 3 from Ky were in the back bedroom at some point “discussing they wanted to leave”. That would leave Boyd ample time on the front porch with Mr. Newsome. What these people did to those kids and the pain these families are in is incomprehensible. All of the hearings and trials they’ve attended and horrific pictures.... I have always been against the death penalty but, this is a case where I might have to concede. The parents wanted the death penalty for Mr. Cobbins and the jury gave him life in prison. The families were let down and felt they didn’t get justice for their children. Nothing is going to bring their son and daughter back but, if the death penalty would’ve helped in anyway then I wish the jury would have imposed it.

He's the only one that testified against Eric Boyd. Otherwise there would be no murder charges for Eric Boyd. He only was convicted for a few of the charges and received 18 years, but the prosecution wanted to prosecute Eric Boyd for murder. Otherwise, Eric Boyd would be out walking the streets today.

This case is just absolutely horrific already but to know the parents have never really just been told the truth as to what happened just kills me. None of these monsters have ever just told the truth. Any truth they may have told is because it served them nothing to lie in that moment. I'm just learning about these crimes on RU-vid, what was done to these two young people were the the things horror movies are made of. In cases like this there's usually 1 or 2 perps who are more guilty than the others, but those who may have participated the least are just as culpable because they did nothing to stop it!! It is no surprise to me that this guy acts the way he does. In his mind he knows he will spend the rest of his life in jail. He knows all too well how snitches are treated in jail. He is more or less is in survival mode and is trying to secure his safety. He has set aside any semblance of empathy a long time ago and he just looks out for himself.

The older lady is dressed very smart she looks very hip but yet age appropriate. I can understand why she did not want to testify she doesn't know who these monsters might know who can get to her, I'm sure she felt like a sitting duck and you know the state does not care about your safety they just want your testimony. Why didn't Boyd's attorney bring out the fact that Thomas had blood on his clothes when he came back with Davidson? I do not understand why this attorney didn't bring some of that up.
Davidson and Boyd made Thomas shoot the male victim on the railway tracks, Cobbins said that Davidson told Thomas he had to do something to gain their trust When he returned he looked 'Crazy' apparently.

If he did participate would Boyd be flipping out and telling his lawyer to object?.saying he helped us?? This case confuses me cause they all throw the other one under the bus in each of their interrogations ….

Crime occurs in all of the college towns! This had nothing to do with the university, which is a great school. Most of the students hang out on "the strip." There are little sports bars/grilles. Great fun, hanging out with friends and showing school spirit! These monsters CHOSE to tortur* and murde* two innocent kids. It wasn't on school property, during a school event, or anything that UT is responsible for. Just monsters prowling around looking for victime.😢
