Had he been born about 25 years earlier...he could have ruled the world musically. We would have had 2 Hendrix's. But in today's music world...sadly he's barely on the radar. I wish it weren't so.
Some of us still believe he's the best thing despite Hendrix. He won't be unrecognized, as long as I have a say so. Eric still has many years left in him.
Not only is Eric incredible to listen to, but he's so inspiring to players at all levels, because of his attitude- just have fun, and let your own creativity flow.
yo this dude is under rated i wish my brother bobby g an u can make an album together lil jimmy king an eugene gales are my favorites keep burning those strings eric sounds good
you know, I was kinda lead to that suspicion too. its just something about his playing that has Thee essence of jimi not evening mentioning the left hand playing. but with or without this dude gales is naturally talented he still had to practice.
The best musicians store in Greensboro. The manager plays in a band. Hoe cool is that! Now, Eric has moved to Greensboro and gives lessons (appointment only of course) at the Music Loft. Go check out the store. Ask for Parker. Tell them Frank sent you.
