Eric Holder's motion for a reduced verdict or new trial was denied, and Cowboy taunts him

Eric Holder was in court Monday December 19, 2022 for a pre-sentencing hearing where defense attorney Aaron Jansen argues that the jury came to an inconsistent verdict. Deputy District attorney Aaron Jansen argued that the court would be acting beyond it's authority if it reduced the verdict to manslaughter or second degree. Judge H. Clay Jacke denied the motion and Holder was scheduled to be sentenced on February 22, 2023.

Commissary and 3 meals a day for the first time in his bum life is why he's chubby. All you can do in solitary confinement is eat all day because you're locked down alone for 24 hours. He can't even get a haircut in there. Sleep and eating all day everyday
