Hey JayLeno Fly. I just wanted to thank you for posting all these videos. I love watching Craig and you are so good at finding, editing and posting his stuff. I thank you muchly for all the hard work you put into these so that myself and others can enjoy them.
Their conversation at Live Talks is so funny and lovely to watch. They have so much fun together, and to see them making each other giggle still is just lovely.
You know I see these JayLenoFly videos that interest me in my youtube feed, and say I don't have 59 mins to watch - so I'll watch a few minutes and catch the rest later. Then the content is SO good :D and funny that I find myself lmao and captivated and bang! 59 mins just went by! Thank you for posting - Eric really "flows" with Craig well - they appear to maybe have a deep friendship, idk. But this is a great video and proves to myself that Craig was NOT just the best with the ladies, but with all his guests.
At the last, when Craig sai that the all show is constructed by a Paython joke, he Was really surprised and honored...the best review for the Craig Ferguson show EVER
I was just watching Monty Python;s Life of Brian when I got the Notification that The JayLenoFly has uploaded an Eric Idle compilation! Coincidence? Yes! But freaking awesome!!!
Same here, a few days ago! In fact, I was 3 or 4 feet away from Michael Palin, in the 1st of December, because he was here in Portugal, in my home town, Viseu, and I just regret not being able to simply give him a handshake... I feel that I might not have another oportunity like that and they're all such an inspiration... Idle is awesome, with his silly tunes... Long live the Pythons!
Finding these interviews, and seeing the last one two days after Terry Jones died from dementia, is incredibly poignant. Eric Idle stated it would be the last time the remaining members of Monty Python would be performing together. They must have known then that Terry was only going to decline from then on. I`m grateful he was in good enough health to do the 45th anniversary show and made it, in some sense, to see Monty Python turn 50. I hope Eric stays in good health for a long time coming.
I saw the show at the O2. I didn't know about Jones's dementia back then but his performance felt a bit unconcentrated. Maybe he just wasn't used to performing live anymore, maybe he was already affected by the disease. But not long after the show he made it public. In my opinion they knew about it.
@@geoforn I forget where I read it but I believe it was during one of their rehearsals for the show at the O2 that the other members of Monty Python began to realize there was an issue with Terry's health. He couldn't remember lines for the skits, skits they had written and performed countless times. They surely knew it but I'm sure the progress of the disease was something none of them saw coming.
I've seen that web-series, but it's weirdly over-edited and kind of strange to be honest. His forte is the live interview because he creates magic out of thin-air by making people comfortable and being a genuinely funny guy.
I absolutely love the whole cast of Monty Python's flying circus. I was young when it was on the air but remember it well. Thanks jayleno fly for bringing this entertainment genius back👍✌️🇺🇲
I love this guy. I have the original Swedish premier poster of "Life of Brian" from 1979 above my TV. I bought it from the cinema in my town, it's one the oldest in the entire country, built in 1921, I think.
I wanna say thankee too to the JayLeno Fly, especially now under this video! These have been my go-to thing for a while now. Wonder if Ryan Reynolds is coming up soon and if he's as funny as in some other things... And oh yeah, thank you!
Have you seen that Idle has tears in his eyes while he starts to wear the plate? In this moment he really undertands that it is really the last interview with Craig, maybe...
that second clip, i dont know who the screamer in the audience was but i have never wanted to punch anyone square in the face so much in my life, why do americans do that
@9:25 ish: rat farts...i understand rats dont fart, neighbor used to pour out vessels of coke a cola in his barn, rats drink then their insides explode...that's what he claimed. 🙄
45:28 Eric Idle, writer of dozens of songs and they all sound the same. This song is a bit like Always Look on the Bright Side of Life, and then it turns into The Philosopher’s Song.
Craig Ferguson, only place i only see this bloke is online, from what i've seen just as well. That he doesn't get seen this side of the pond, I shall continue to be truly grateful.
