Eric has some of the BEST chops and licks I’ve ever heard !! I’m a drummer myself and I’ve watched and heard a LOT of drummers throughout my years. His chops are tasty, they all fall back into the pocket of whatever groove he’s playing ! Absolutely amazing drummer!! It doesn’t get any better than Eric for the gospel chop style of drumming!!

Foreal though Eric's fast chops are so precise, fluid and tasty. He's definitely a guy who's got the gift for very fast and smooth creative chops. That's quite a gift to have in drumming. I think of Chris Coleman as well who falls in that category. It's obvious because of age difference and experience between the two I'd definitely say Chris is the best at it but Eric got it in him two though, solid second which is an honor. Chris is scary accurate in his fast fills and they're always different which is almost scary to be so creating in the moment and always be different with it 😳
