Erie Canal lock 62 Ruins in Pittsford, New York 

Seeing as it's now a public park maybe a group could be organised . A " Clean up the lock and water way society". It's a shame to see something like this just waste away. With all the rock wall's cleaned up it would look really nice. I reckon.

Canal work better when there is water in it.
