Man to say I’m happy that he’s okay and walking away is an understatement! Dale indirectly has saved so many lives all these years. So thankful for safer barriers & head and neck restraints, as well as the cars. If not for them, I’m not so sure Erik would be giving a post race interview. I can’t help but notice with this hit, just like Blaney at Daytona, how we all kinda get silent for a moment. That angle of impact is silent-ing and forever with us.

@@jerrypeacock2234Bubba had lifted, Jones had lifted. JHN wasn’t expecting it and hit Bubba. Due to physics and momentum, that ran through Bubba’s car, and caused Bubba to hit Jones, in just a split second. Jones then got loose

This new car is BS. This car is testing the human bodies ability to sustain enormous impacts. Absolutely BS..no excuses at this stage of the game regarding the awesome advances in safety prior to this POS. Yes I agree the cage around the driver is better and necessary on this car as we've seen especially in wrecks like Ryan Preece's but the rest is BS and needs to change.

Just call it like you see it! Bubble Wallace wrecked the 43 car. It doesn't matter if Bubble didn't mean to wreck Jones or not. Finally it's in slo mo so we can see for ourselves. Wallace didn't lift. He never does. It's an ego thing. So he rear ended the 43 instead. He could have saved himself if he had down shifted and lifted. There was plenty of room at the end.

Looks like Bubba got a bad push. Got out of line. The 42 then hit him again went sent him into the right rear of the 43. However, many don't want to acknowledge that it was anyone but Bubba. The guy is one of the best plate racers in the field.

@@drain6390 Going into the corners the drivers have to back off the rear of the car in front of them, the 43, 42,19,11 and 54 did that, the 23 didn't (1:41 - 1:44) & (4:37 - 4:39) gives a great view of that. this one is on Bubba. once the 43 & 23 got that loose there was nowhere for the 42 to go except through them. I'd like to blame this on JHN, but just can't for this one.
