LS has done a phenominal job in S10 and she has the show back on track from S7. S8 and S9 were totally different, characters were all out of place, E was whiny, teenager like..wasn't good at all..Can't wait to see what LS is brining for S11...
I thought season 9 was great. They did a good job letting characters like Molly and Ned stand out. I liked it. Season 10 had an odd vibe to it for sure.
The problem with S9 was that characters were all out of place. Lee wasn't in charge at the mill but helping RM run her newspaper. Joseph was running the mill. There wasn't much Allie and Nathan pairing together, Fiona didn't have many scenese..N never got justice for the hit and run accident. L was given the red carpet of everything. E was way more whiny than ever. Badly written season. S10 had more depth, characters were all in place again. E became E, Lee was running the mill again. Joseph went back to preaching full time. N and A had more daughter/father time. Bill's scenes were so much better. Molley got a lot more screen time in S10 with her daughter. Henry's redemption story was perfect. E breaking up with L was the best thing for L, now he can become great on his own. S10 was packed with phenominal writing.@@LeaderRakkasan
@@SondraRoark Alright, alright, I see what you're saying. I get the feeling season 11 is going to be good I just hope that don't make a big deal out of E & N. Just my opinion. Will be good to see more of the business side of Lucas.
I actually think S5-9 made logical sense. However. S10 changed characters personalities and was disjointed from previous filmed episodes. I have rewatched the complete series twice since the S10 finale. Also I have reviewed season ending interviews by producers, writers and cast. Accordingly from my summation this is a NEW show. There have been many inconsistencies that had taken place in S10. Unfortunate for the continuation of WCTH.
In today's bad new and heartbreaking events, it's nice to have a feel good program to watch. My heart is hoping good new for Nathan and Elizabeth I just don't like her and the bar owner together.
See this is again disrespectful comments regarding Lucas. Can’t Nathan fans be kind. This is what gives credibility to the reason I think TPTB caved to the TN bullies that threatened and demanded a relationship between Nathan and Elizabeth.
I always thought I was a true WCTH Heartie but with the changes made in Season 10, I think I'm flunking out. I love the actors but the storylines aren't as good as they were originally. Elizabeth has become whiny, annoying & unlikable. Nathan is boring, 100% NOT the type of Mountie Jack portrayed & definitely not the exciting man Lucas portrayed. I just don't have the desire to watch them 'try' to make an interesting story between Elizabeth & Nathan.
Watching a TV program is a personal choice. If in your opinion there is not enough interesting things going on in a program to watch then find another program suited to your needs to watch. A program cannot suit everyone all the time.
I agree WCTH will not be very good now that the want to rewrite every thing . There was never really any romance with Nathan. There is no chemistry. I will not be watching.
I know the show hopes to pick up some lost viewers (TN fans). However it’s a new show because most of previous buildup of storylines have been changed. I can’t see any excitement in a Nathan Elizabeth paring other than they complement each other’s looks. As far as acting chemistry there was ( in my opinion) more with Lucas because of his interesting background.
