Of all the houses we have seen, I like Erin‘s most. While it is absolutely beautiful, I feel that it is the most „normal“ / „down to earth“ one of the houses with many functional features. It seems to match her personality. Love it.
This house has a light and airy feel to it. The light colors throughout the house are refreshing. Sometimes you don't have to use bright colors to make a statement.
A very practical home. Thats Erin, lol. Love the bar in the laundry room, to hangs things. A necessity. And the bathroom with an external entrance, brilliant. The top of the stairs is beautiful. Loe that cross shaped mirror. Never seen it or the mirrors in her eldest daughter room, mirror is awesome. I love mirrors. Not just any mirror. The colors in the bedrooms are so romantic. The entire house is calming. Her master room walk in closet doors are beautiful: different. Her room bathroom tiles are beautiful. Well done Erin.
Like the consistant little pops of art deco, apothecary, modern art, and so on, in all the rooms, gives a rounded bow and a wink to all signatures of style you have mastered.
What a breathtaking home! The atrium has gorgeous views of the outside greenery and natural lighting. The green rooms downstairs are calming and stunning at once. Every viewpoint of the home’s gardens and pool whether it’s from the patio, balcony or anywhere inside of the home is just great vantage point.
There's nothing like a complete set. Beautiful home, Erin, that conservatory (03:10) is gorgeous, and the cosy nooks and abundant storage are a charming peek into an organised mind; not a millimetre wasted, and I ADORE the master 'robes, what an outstanding shape language and stellar presentation! I've been following Three Birds since 2017 -- you talented ladies have been nothing short of iconic with every build and the ongoing evolution of your combined style continues to blow me away. I'm so glad it's your long-awaited turn to bask in the splendour of your efforts, Erin, you've earned it a thousand times over, congrats! Hats off to you inspirational figures, here's to the successes to come. 👒🍾🥂
Lovely, really like the main living space with that massive balcony, kitchen, and servery. Master bedroom suite is just luxury. I couldn’t help but notice the amount of bench seats in the house tho; how many does one home really need lol. I feel some of those spaces could have been better utilised or even just left empty so you have room for furniture/belongings or just extra space in case you need it in the future for whatever reason.
Thought the same thing. Even in the room of the oldest daugther were two benchseats. Instead of two, the one in the back could have been a bookshelf or if she doesn't like books, storage (for other stuff than clothes). There really was no space to put any furniture if her daugther wanted to.
@@c.s.4417 I think if the daughter really needed that space, they can easily remove that bench. Extra effort yes, but I don't think they're family will have any problems with renovating. They can afford it.
Love how Erin’s house turned out. Amazing as always. 👏👏 Would love to see an updated tour of Bonnie’s home, if there were any changes since it completed. 👍

Hi ladies! This reno is my dream come true in a house and was wondering what the rough overall cost was to complete it all? I know it would be different from house to house but would love a rough guide on costings, thank you 😍
Hi lovely, we often keep the budgets for our projects confidential for our clients. But in the interest of sharing, our Reno School has a full module on budgeting where we teach all our tips and tricks. Deets on our website atthreebirdsrenoschool.com. xx

Not my personal style but good job!!! How does it work in the main en suite bathroom though with the open shower so close to the toilet? If I quickly want to go for a pee, after my husband has used the shower, won't the toilet now also be wet? Just curious as I've never seen that layout in a grand house before.
Way too pain Jane for me. I’m not one to follow trends of white and beige. I do appreciate the light green and the blue in one of the bedrooms. Don’t know why the obsession with no colour.
Wonderful job… the only thing I actually don’t like is the spare bathroom downstairs. The bench with the wash basin is so low because the washbasin is ridiculously tall in height …. not only does it look “off”…. but it’s also impractical. That is the only thing I would change everything else is simply stunning. Congrats on such a fabulous job.
It’s her light airy clean style I can tell she put everything In to it that she loves. Might look boring because they haven’t moved in yet. It doesn’t look lived in yet. Yeah the beds are made but nothing personal is there
That is an excessively large home. People can't afford to pay high-cost food or barely afford their rent/mortgage and you're happy to show off an overly priced home. Shame on you.
