Sadly Erin died of cancer in 2020, after a successful international career. We take this opportunity to celebrate her artistry and to remember her.
The Canadian-American soprano appeared with the Lyric Opera of Chicago company in fourteen productions from 2001 through 2018. She was particularly known and admired for her performances in the operas of Mozart and Strauss, and performed leading roles as a guest artist at houses around the world, including the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, and the Opéra de Paris.
