Wow, how I remember those days in my childhood! Engineer Asgedom is truly one of the best Eritrean singers ever! He is an asset to Eritrea and Eritreans and is a legendary. This song contributed for a lot for young Eritrean men and women to join the struggle for Independence. I wish him a long and healthy life!
When I was a little kid ,I used to hear our radio sounding this song ,that old moments I have not had inspiration of songs but when ever this song was running through that radio ,I could remember it was making me crazy!!! It’s kind of touching song ! The only thing I was thinking, that engineer singing this just for his cow and I was trying to figure out how his cow was looking like with missed one pair of horn but after ward not long enough I heard in one of his interviews with Asmerom ,the song was representing for ERITREA 🇪🇷,this is a big trick and engineer was so confident that they couldn’t imagine what the song for!
Interesting, love the details. You're good at explaining it vividly. Thank you Brother. PS, I was lucky enough to meet him in Grand Rapids, Michigan a few years back. He was there for his Sister's wedding in which I happened to be the best man at the time. Ha, wonder what, where and how he's doing now.?
