At first the more dominant moving part in the viola at times made me question the balance, but it encapsulates the adrenaline of the situation! Imagine trying to talk with a horse going likely 30+ mph and the wind rushing past, quite difficult!

Is this a transcription of the lied by Schubert, or of the Ernst version for solo violin? Anyway you have captured all the drama.

Hello, I wrote to M. Doron Toister to ask about this arrangement and mistakenly sent him money to purchase the part before he answered that he did not write this arrangement (he only wrote the Trout piece apparently).
