It would be interesting to hear some of Erika Kings PCFP. Even if Nesto isn’t the mastermind behind this, he was still doing business dealings with people who were scamming. Maybe he participated and turned a blind eye because of the money. But the claims from those women would seem to be Nesto alone allegedly…taking money for services not rendered and flipping RVs and trucks for his own personal gain, writing checks etc. Think about what Deon and Lamont have said on calls, they don’t think he did the CP and SA stuff but they probably know it’s possible for him to be involved in the other charges, but feel he’s done his time for that “little sh1t” based on how long he’s been in jail. I doubt Nesto is completely innocent.

At 55 she has nothing to show for her ratchet life ,she know longer is that young girl pulling certain type of men,wants attention fame,make money off of all this. She I feel wanted a acting career also which is why she reached out to the producer,thrived him in a phone call despite Nesto not knowing. She is a opportunist but realized all Nesto use to have is no longer there,what he gave ,the woman she was competing with ,soothed her ego based on who she was and him wanting her,Shirley is gone. So also is her money and she was his best chances on getting out which was why now they were pretending to be just a friend ,helping said friend. Him saying he could get her back in order to yes get her money for lawyers again.

Now he has been through two Public Defender’s. He even admitted to Dre if them having a problem with her and I am sure especially this last one told him to stop talking to her knowing this all is recorded,the many thing’s he says can be yes against him. I now feel the same way after seeing so many of his charges he had no abounds on . Learning one of his victims he scammed was also yes sleeping with him,let him use his toys on her in that RV.Her whole thing was what he told her about his wife knowing what he is doing but she had no proof of this. Also this victim or the other one yes told Shirley about what he did to her but again this was on Instagram or whatever and as his wife was she supposed to trust this woman or her husband . She is also the only who contacted the jeweler about the ring he gave Shirley as a upgrade of her wedding ring for her birthday,got that G wagon also from this woman money. So was jealousy apart of this,he did not leave his wife for her was he telling her this. The 19 year old just like the others he did scam but she too was sleeping with him,getting expensive gifts love bombing as usual as he did all his women victims. He preyed on their weaknesses ,found their weak spots and this goes for Shirley also. As for the SA images of children I am sure they after turning this over to a special unit are investigating,can in time show rather he was looking at this and uploaded it in whatever device it was found in by authorities. Yes can get out on a bond but that do not mean in anyway all his charges will be dropped although some of the charges will. He also has what now 700,000,or 8 he has to pay in Bonds so far,so do he have the money. This is why him and Sonya are trying so hard to get Shirley to do this by pretending they were just friend,she as a friend was helping him instead of what. we all know.

He also turns his interactions with them into intimate situations,he would have in his RV with them. people are suing for xxx from over 30 years ago and men and women are getting lengthy sentences. Harvey weinstein , bill cosby, jeffrey epstein, and ghislane maxwell are 4 ppl to name a few. It appears that 2 of these women victims in financial crimes allegations against nesto provided text messages corresponding with him. That’s the probable cause evidence and there is no telling what else evidence he was stoopid enough to put in writing. I’ve said from the start that he is a VERY UNSMART criminal. All he knows how to do is steal. Anybody can do what he did . But the difficult part is getting away with it. The only thing he could think of to try to get away with it is have xxx with them. The oldest trick in the book and well recognized by law enforcement. The financial crimes, he had absolutely no idea how to launder money. He deceived ppl out of their cash, put it in his bank account and bought what he wanted. Just as low brained as a jack azz in the dessert. Seems he thought if he bought sumthin else with the money or traded in what he deceived them out of, no one would be able to figure out what he did. I am surprised he lasted this long on the street!

He isn't being held without proof. There is evidence and there are victims who will testify. I believe the trial is scheduled for September 2024.

I believe in one of the calls with either Deon or Lamont, one of them let it slip that he had taken her to the green waters to cleanse herself so she could prosper. I’m assuming that’s the same green water he was filming himself in.

I’m sure if you actually listened no one is victim shaming anyone. Men don’t always have the same pathway or mindset as women and understanding DV or Sexual Abuse. Discussing the issue and topics and questioning how that happened is how people gain understanding and perspective. Not discussing trauma is what creates more victims. No one is dragging these victims. There are some people who just don’t get it. I understand your comment and respectfully disagree with your assessment. People can be empathetic shocked outraged and still have questions. That’s not shaming.

I totally agree here. This sounds more like women, particularly black women, not being believed when they are victimized by a well seasoned scammer. The Tinder Swindler’s victims lost a lot more money. Even the case out of California where the guy convinced a wealthy interior designer that he was a doctor, he literally convinced her to hand over the $10k she had stashed in her closet, and in the end her own daughter had to run a knife through his skull like a zombie when he tried to do her in for finding him out. People have gotten more jail time and high bonds for mortgage fraud then some people have gotten for m@rder. It’s really all about the circumstances and what that judge and jury decides.
