The way theyre dieting and traINING SETS people up for failure, you should be having cheat days, and youi shouldnt be eating so strict.. you can still be under your calories while having a slice of pizza, i know this camp is entertainment puirposes and trying to get people into fitness but i personally would have done it different. Theyre all eating and training like a professional bodybuilder where most people would not need to eat or train like that to lose weight, you just need to go under your current daily calorie intake to lose weight, and you do gotto work out hard but not that hard as a beginner because it makes life miserable and easy to get injured.
the whole point of camp knut is that they are going real hard for just a short while, the idea is not to never eat bad again in their life. Its just this short period where they decided to train like bodybuilders.
@@dragonslayer6912 you can train and still have cheat meals,. showing the miserable side of working out dosn't really encourasge people to work out or eat healthy, they are eating like people that are going to compete. Yes they are going to the extreme in the month but then what? thats all they learned how to do.. will they know how to have a proper diet afterwards? will the chat know, or people watching this trying to get motivated.. most people quit because they dive into the fitness world face first. The thing is since its a group of them its easier for knut to give everyone similar diets rather than for individual needs.
