Error 126 FIX 

Ok, so either you are clueless or forgot to mention it. I see a lot of people here saying they can't find the files mentioned. I guess that's because this fix ONLY applies if you have a Radeon graphics card... forget it if you have Nvidia. A bit important to mention that, no?

Error 126 is graphics problem, becouse you instaled some game or something that changed dll. This problem is Intel HD graphics problem, reinstal it(drivers) after complete delete it(from device manager), and also reinstall amd catalist after total delete it and no problemos.

Thank you, this worked for me. Dell xps desktop, Windows 8.0 (not 8.1), AMD Radeon HD 7570 graphics card. Trying to start Adobe Lightroom CC after making the stupid mistake of trying to roll my graphics card driver back to allow this graphics card to be used by Lightroom. Windows says that my computer/OS/somthing isn't compatible with the driver Adobe recommended this card be rolled back to. Jeesh, what a cluster-@#$@#%! Thanks again for this helpful, simple video.
