When using a Hitachi washing machine and encounter error code C09: Door not unlocking. The reason may come from the amount of laundry may exceed the specified weight, please pause the machine, then push the door tightly with your hand and press the power button and wait until the lock symbol disappears before opening the door.
Then, press Start again.
