Great video! I tried this on a TM-305 installing a PF-06 but now I get an error “Print head cannot be recognized correctly. Open top cover and install the correct print head.”

Try replace the printhead in service mode

I have also tried to replace my print head on my Tm-305 and it is causing the same error. This has been with a new print head and the original print head.

Try observed the internal parts, is that any leakage ? Or maybe the purge unit it’s getting weak, you need replace the purge / service the purge as well

Good day! Before replacing the PF-06, should there be air in the system until the paint in the system reaches the head or will the entry of air not lead to failure? PF_06 is not cheap, it’s a pity to kill it at the first start. Thanks for your answer in advance :)

Do you meant bubble in the ink tube ? My advice is enter service mode to perform a noozle check , if printer able to generate noozle report , please have a look into the noozle report to ensure that is no breaking line in between. If system unable to generate noozle report, you have to observe the ink tube .. is that any bubble in the tubes, if yes.. you have to get this bubble away, I do have this video in my channel to flush this bubble away.. reply comment below if you need the link .. thanks

@@dennisthefatkid ,My plotter said that the PF-06 needs to be replaced, after replacing the cartridges it worked before, it showed little paint. However, the print resource is 2600 m2. Illegal :) the PF-06 dump was changed, in service mode it was determined as new, and when switching to operating mode it showed that PF-06 was already used in another plotter :)

worked with a TM200, absolutely can NOT recommend these printers. I see the same issues in every forum. The print heads are not cheap! the ink is very expensive. Heres how it goes: It wastes a lot of expensive ink when printing and cleaning so then the waste tank gets full very quickly, now you have a waste tank warning/error then you need to buy more ink, then buy a new waste tank, then you get print head error so you buy a new print head, then you waste MORE ink priming the new ink head,and after a few prints it cleans, filling up the waste tank again and it start all over again. Ive spent more time troubleshooting and maintenance than actually printing. No lie, a brand new Black ink cartridge lasted me 3 days because of a new print head priming and cleaning. These printers are money pits. Avoid them.

Yeah same goes to my country , print head is not cheap here. If the waste tank is getting full easily, that’s something abnormal .. is that the purge unit is getting weak ? If yes, you might needed to replace the purge unit as well

Thank you for your video. My TA20 printhead has been giving error messages several times. I washed it and reinstalled it, and it can work for a few days, but it wastes a lot of ink. I am considering whether to buy a PF06 printhead or a TC20 printer. Do you know if there is a big difference in performance between the TC20 printer and the TA20? Thank you.

@@dennisthefatkid I just print stickers and don't know how much the print quality differs between the TA20 and TC20. $600 for a PF06 print head, or $1000 for a TC20, I'm hesitating. Thank you.

Hi there , I hope you still can reading my msg here.. I can’t giving you the answer how frequent , but what I know is print head is under warranty for every new purchase, you may claim the new. If problem still there , I believe your purge unit is stuck ready … you have to look into purge unit cleaning

I have got a sacner i36 for canon 770 it work fine tell today When i insert a paper i take it in and out and doesn't hold it and i clock show in the scaer and the wheels keep push the paper out I restart 5 time and nothing still the same action

May I know the material ? What kind of paper? Photo glossy or plain paper? Please select the correct paper profile while loading paper, if still push in and out , you may try to upload cut sheet paper. If cutsheet can be loaded , that’s something wrong with the roll holder
