I’m actually going to do something a bit similar one of these days I as a matter of fact made my very own ERTL narrow gauge rolling stock like coaches guards vans narrow gauge tool vans and of course lynton and Barnstaple goods vans green express coaches red express coaches special coaches sodor mail trucks utility trucks and I’m still working on break vans but what I’m going to do which is a bit similar to what you did is just print out the sides which are the doors and windows for my coaches and for my trucks. How I made them was from matchbox and ERTL railway flatbeds I made the body’s out of them with Lego bricks then I glued them all together and glued the bricks on to my ERTL and matchbox railway flatbeds all there just is left to do now is print our the sides
Hey I have a question I’m thinking of making custom engines… how would I get the face off should I cut it off or something else please I can’t find anything on this •-•
If it’s metal faces, then it’s a hack saw or coping saw you need. As for plastic faces, they’re hold onto the smokebox by a sort of button & only takes your nail to remove it
