We were honored to be joined by Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of UC Berkeley School of Law, who discussed the blockbuster cases before the Supreme Court and how he anticipated the justices would rule.
Chemerinsky is the author of sixteen books, including leading casebooks and treatises about constitutional law, criminal procedure, and federal jurisdiction. His most recent book is Worse than Nothing: The Dangerous Fallacy of Originalism (2022).
William Sokol, a Bay Area labor and employment attorney, facilitated the discussion.
