100% know the feeling! Our daughter moved a little over 2 hours away from us. You may have heard of it since you're from near here. She's at Georgia Southern University. She moved in on August 1st. Advice for her is to keep open groups of friends. Nothing worse than getting stuck in one group and feeling like you have to have a friend group breakup to leave. If you bounce around to begin with and continue that, the expectation is already set that you don’t have to do everything with a limited number of people.
