No other actress had such an amazing body of work than Erika, she was mesmerizing to watch, Nikki and Jean were her best alters

Erika is absolutely the most talented and extraordinary actress with such charisma and flair. Her talent outshines all others and no one comes close to being able to switch back and forth into different personalities the way that she has done on One Life to Live.

I love Erika Slezak and miss her very much. I know it's not politically correct but I would have said the reason Lucci hasn't won yet is because she isn't as good an actress.

I never had any idea about what had happened to her parents. I have so much respect for her.

Susan Lucci's character of Erica was very overrated and sometimes unreal (fairy tailish) Robin Strasser's character of Dorian was more vibrant and realistic than Susan Lucci's Erica

why did Erika always win and Susan never did, I'll answer that:Susan may have had the role of the most legendary character in all of daytime but Ms. Slezak's acting ability is much broader. I used to watch both shows so I could tell why the award always went to Slezak and never Lucci. The more popular character doesn't always systematically make for the more talented actress. Plus it says so itself on here that Slezak had appeared in over 20 theater productions. Lucci never appeared in any. Just ask Rosemary Prinz about that...
