For the 1st time in history , there is NOT SINGLE Muganda in the 15 positions , No Muganda in the excutive branch , no Muganda in the the Judiciary , no Muganda in the Legislature , no Muganda in any of the high financial institutions , no top Muganda in any of the armed forces etc etc. But here you are fighting took and nail to go after Mpuuga , Dr Bwanika , Ms Bagala and others . I think hajj is misinformed.Bobiwine’s car paid taxes on entry though it was registered in other names!Govt on realising it was Bobiwine car it impounded it claiming it underpaid.After a lot of pressure on this govt for Bobiwine car the govt claimed it has excused Bobiwine of the taxes hence realese of the car,there was nothing like a waiver.pz be informed
