Bo. Escalante is one of the many upscale barrios which surround San José, like Barrio Dent, Los Yoses, Pinto, Rohrmoser, Escazú, La Granja, Pinares, etc. It is a very nice City with and intense cultural and intelectual life. The best Central Américan university, UCR, is located here. Great video.
Beautiful city. Looks like a pricier, denser, foggier version of Managua. You're right Scott, reminds me of a more affluent Los Robles or Las Colinas...
I don't know how much I would compare it to Managua. The "feel" of the city is very different. I like Managua more than most, but the style of life is different in some intangible way.
That sounds likely to have been download speed. The marketing speed. It's upload that matters for content creators and is typically a fraction of that. At 300 up, that's like 10x the USA business average speed.
