Brand: Assuming Otis
Balustrades: Glass
Floors that they serve: 1-2
Points of interest: Beltway Plaza Mall is an enclosed mall in Greenbelt Maryland that opened in 1963. The escalators in the video connect the main mall level to the upper level which has a Big Lots store and a Big Save store. You should excuse me for the cut off of the tour because a security officer told me to stop filming and I did not continue the tour because they were very strict about filming and I did not want to risk getting into more trouble.

I remember when I was a kid in the mid 90s going to the arcade area and it would always be packed. The 3 Brothers pizza spot was always my favorite. Brings back memories

Wow has that mall changed ! I worked there in the mid 70s at the Beltway Plaza Deli across from the cinaplex. At that time the mall still had plain concrete floors and more industrial style ceiling . Nice to see its still thriving !

+Mindbender223 I worked at the AMC 8 Theaters in 1987. From June to about January of 1988 when I decided to join the Army. The first movie I ever went to was a Rio Lobo at the AMC 6 Theatres at the other end of the mall, back around 1972 or 1973 when that theatre first opened. From the mid 70's through early 88, me and my friends and brothers basically lived at Beltway Plaza. Remember the Golden Dome?

This mall is a staple in the community. I like to call it the hallway mall.
