Deuter is a great artist, we have got several albums of him at home, even in physical form - I cannot really imagine that someone from Germany can make this kind of music! A lot of emotions but with calm and lovely relaxing harmony!

Relaxes the mind body and soul if you allow for this through your own intention.... I understand trying knew things can be nerve racking ' listening while relaxing focus on your breathing doesn't have to be any fancy breathe techs... As long as you are conscious about the breathing your doing.
