I'm not even close to half as good as you, and people still accuse me of cheating. A lot of people are just really bad at Tarkov. It's obvious you probably aren't, though. You make too many honest mistakes, and you're constantly only reacting to actual game cues. Cheaters struggle with not reacting to their cheat cues before game cues happen, so it's easy to catch them looking at things through walls or saying "I heard something" when there was no sound cue at all.
