There are plenty of Backrooms inspired games out there and some are really quite good like Backrooms 1998 while others offer a more simple approach. Escape The Backrooms offers the Backrooms experience with 4 player co-op and that co-op aspect makes it really cool and fun. But it's also the esthetic that is spot on since this is the first Backrooms game I played that actually LOOKS like the found footage we know and love. Follow me and two friends as we find ourselves glitched out of reality and into the Backrooms and now need to find a way out. But there is danger lurking around every corner! We have to work together and keep our focus if we want to come out of this alive. I liked how each level offered a different type of gameplay and even though some levels are rather simple in that you are only running a single direction, the Backrooms feel and look still helped it from getting monotonous.
