There is an after-story to this episode. They did secure property #3 and moved in anticipating great country life, BUT, sometime at or near holidays of that year, the house burned and sustained heavy damage. However, thanks to their lovely new neighbors/community they fought through and rebuilt…..stunning new home with nods to its past. Brilliant outcome..that was documented on one of the follow up shows.
