The problem with prison escape is that it assumes that the prisoner will click the bed to be imprisoned. So every escapist is also allowed a counter assumption for their escape because Minecraft prison is flawed from the very start.
To escape from this prison I employ the most powerful tool in my arsenal. I open the menu, and disconnect from the server. As you can see, I'm no longer in my cell. In fact, I'm no longer in the prison at all. I have escaped, and there's nothing the guards, or anyone else can do to stop me.
my favorite part of this video is that once Kenadian figured out the cat thing he could literally just hook one of those up to an ender pearl stasis chamber to escape at any point 😂 edit: pearls despawn when you disconnect oopsy
Don't those break when you die? Unless, say, you kept the pearl itself in an unloaded chunk while the cat was loaded, and activating the cat somehow loaded the chunk with the statis chamber....which I guess is possible?
@@ajhintleman215 The only way to 100% counter a stasis chamber is to force a server restart. Even that it takes so long you can get another account and activate it before a restart is iniciated...
Definitely made me laugh, good humor. I gotta say, though, you did my boy Eleos Citadel dirty. I mean, you escaped it, sure, but from what I recall, that one was less of a typical "prison". Instead, it was more of a "rehabilitation center", where instead of keeping prisoners in a cell all day, they let them do things like some limited PVP and building, and receive approved mail. Still, this was a good video overall, and now I know of the cat detector method, which is just, like, INSANE? No, really, how the heck did you find that method? That seems something that might be a tad less known than a glitch from 1 snapshot.
Oh yeah the cat thing was so cool when I first heard of it, did you know that you can do something similar with a bunny? Hold a carrot and the bunny will follow you even if it’s covered, then it can step on a pressure plate to activate something
@@bigfgreatsword Im pretty sure that the ZPI overwhelms the game with enough data that the game doesnt know what to do with it when you throw it on the ground, but not enough to ban the player. Thats why he said "borderline enough data not to ban the player"
@@lincolnleighton6258 it’s basically how you make a chunkban. With a chunkban, you fill up a bunch of books with random nonsense, which clogs the game with info and bans anyone near it. With a zpi you fill it up with nearly the same amount of info to overwhelm the game, but not enough to ban you
So I suppose the joke is that Mythrodak’s escapes are needlessly complicated, to the point that they are actually invalid because they rely on too many assumptions that, while may work on paper, are not guaranteed to work if the guards are thorough.
I remember where they just assumed that the guards would just leave ender pearls in the kill check chest because they "wouldn't think much of it" Ah yes, ender pearls are definitely not going to help anyone escape.
@52flyingbicycles All the assumptions he made are the same assumptions any escapist would make and they are valid " too many assumptions " is just a lazy excuse also they are not complicated it is just that that the escapes in this video are simplified the guards will probably be confident that he wont escape even if they are trained stop making excuses

I think the idea of a minecraft "prison gaurd" is really cheap because realistically, you can't have 3 or 4 people constantly logged into a server for one player.

The satans arch escape is kinda invalid because at the park after the first kill check the floor will be retracted and you would drop into lava. As for the cleopatras tomb escape its fine. We just gave up when making Cleos
Love how mythro only chooses prisons made for roleplay and then they immediately do the exact opposite of what you are supposed to, wonder when they'll try a technical prison and literally combust.
If they're made "for roleplay", they'd have no real security (I.E. Mining Fatigue, thick obsidian walls, kill switches). The GOAL is for nobody to get out.

that really is how theyd turn out, because you have no reason to comply with the beds unless theres an actual penalty for dying so escapes that involve dying wouldnt work and it would just all be insurance from stasis chambers controlled by the cat trick and just having as many delayed chambers and as many disconnects required so that youll end up still going just because you have more counters and stasis chambers than the number of times guards forced you through dimensions and made you throw into stasis chambers
Thrown ender pearls despawn when the player dies (i.e. in a killcheck). Only if they are in a loaded chunk, though, so it's theoretically possible with two cat contraptions, of which the first will start chunkloading the second :D
Ken: Eleos Citadel. It is 10 times more secure than any of of the prisons I've escaped this episode. But as you all know, 10 times zero is still zero. Me: OHHHH
I think that the escape of Eleos Citadel doesn't count because for me simply logging out is the same as not setting the spawnpoint in the bed. Then when you are killed you are in your bed at home. If the guard puts lava on the block where you logged out then you die and you are also at your bed. And even if all this seems to be right for him, it's still not a breakout because he was never in the cell. That would be like if Stat got rid of his items and just killed everyone and then claimed he escaped from the best prison. For me the first ones are good but the last one is just nonsense.
I just got an idea for a way to make a smuggle-proof kill check: a slab covering the top half of the bed to prevent throwing, with the only spawnable space on the other side. move the player into lava for the kill check, then splash the lava with harming pots. this would mean that you could not access your items no matter what.
Wait, why not just hook up the cat to a stasis chamber? Hell, if your on a multiplayer server, why not just have a stasis chamber that your allies can go to and just break you out?
Also, I’d like to point out because outer checks isn’t apart of guard criteria, in fact most prisons don’t even let gaurds log off let alone leave the prison, and you can’t look up with comp X-ray so it’s not only valid but reasonable Also mythrodak parody go brrrrrrrr
You could make a prison that has large chunkbans guarded by reinforced deepslate in a giant cube. Set the server version to the Deep Dark Experimental Snapshot 1 to move reinforced deepslate. If the walls are thick enough, the only way to get into it would be a pearl cannon or the normal visitor hallways. Make a roof detector at the actual prison that areabans the entire actual prison if any block at the top is broken. A chamber below the roof detector could be a large entity cramming kill chamber with areabanned walls as to disable block placements. (If there's a flaw inform me) Have the cell be a cobblestone platform connected to sideways cobblestone generators hidden from view via lavafall. This makes the pistons making the platform function untouchable by the prisoner. Even if you could jam the pistons, the area below the prisoner is covered in deep lava. At the bottom is more reinforced deepslate to get rid of mining, as fire resistance does not last enough to mine reinforced deepslate with mining fatigue (Yes, there are elderguardians). There is an automatic potato farm that filters out normal potatoes and dispenses the prisoner poisonous potatoes using hopper minecarts and their ability to grab through full blocks. The spawning can be a bed that is obstructed everywhere except 2 spaces. The spaces are diagonal from the bed itself and are simply 1x2x1 areas walled with obsidian. It is an obsidian chamber with no way out other than a netherite block at the bottom controlled by a sticky piston. Every 2 seconds, the piston will either extend or retract. This is not enough time to do anything with the obsidian or netherite block. The pistons are timed to always leave one available to spawn on while guaranteeing the prisoner is dropped before they can do anything meaningful. If necessary, there is a TNT dispenser that can be activated from the guard observatories, of which there are 5, and one Warden observatory. Every observatory has a tnt dispenser and an areaban toggle, that affects only the inside of the cell. There must always be at least 1 guard watching the prisoner. The prisoner is now unable to solo escape, they are only able to walk on a cobblestone platform they have no control over as they cannot get blocks, and they are trapped in a sea of lava. They can be areabanned and blown up at any time the guards want, and the guards are not affected by this areaban, making it a murder switch and not a suicide switch. The only method of getting inside the cell is now a standard visitor entry, that can be item proofed by hoppers and multiple versions and kinds of kill checks ranging from manual to automatic. Killing the user in lava, manually watching and killing them, giving them too awkward of an angle to smuggle items without the guard on standby seeing. The walls are flat and itemless, so you cant damage boost over to anything as you would only die to lava, and the cell is item proof via killchecks. I call it Keeper's Vault, the theoretical perfect prison in survival minecraft.

@KAKYOIN????? Not sure about your definition of escapist, but out of the top of my head there are Jerrylum, AvatarDotPng, and Kenadian. Mythrodak is more of a roleplayer than a escapist since his escape is basically a really stretched hypothetical story of how he may escape. Once prisons got good enough that actual escapes are required, he sorta peaced from escaping and basically makes roleplay now. With that in mind, Mythrodak can still find some flaws with the system, but nowadays any active player in the prison community is probably better than him. There's a reason a lot of prison builders deem his escapes as invalid (saltiness may play in on some, but a lot still accept escapes) If "glitchless" is a category in your escapist definition, then there is still some good escapes by those 3. Though honestly, if you focus on escapes, there are some really good ones. Electra escaping daedalus labyrinth comes to mind, but any valid escape that the creator admits are usually glitchless and incredibly genius (or abuse a massive loophole)

You should try to escape minecraft prisons, but after the person that helps the prisoner is done, he is not allowed to log on anymore and only then is the prisoner itself allowed on
Mythrodak and ivory are Two separate characters created by the same person, one of which had to die for the other to be created. The reason I said I wish Mythrodak still made videos is because he is a character created by someone, and that character no longer appears in videos anymore. Also hasn't it been like 4 months since Ivory uploaded?
Mythrodak is such a dunce, calling all of the over-the-top obsidian bunkers "IMPOSSIBLE TO ESCAPE". But not even mention the one prison that is actually impossible to escape alone, Raysworks armorstand prison.
@@famcollander9512 1. Swiftyy and bacon (the Satan's arch builders) have said its valid 2. The killcheck is voluntary, breaking the glass to get to the hallway and manually kill the prisoner would cause a security issue (since the prisoner has used an ender pearl there is a high chance that the prisoner would have more) and the killcheck isnt even mandatory, ive made an escape where there isnt a final killcheck yet bacon and swiftyy have called it valid. So since the killcheck requires the prisoner to voluntarily kill themselves, going in and killing the prisoner manually would cause a security issue, using the stasis then making the prisoner kill themselves is the safest option considering the guard only saw the ender pearl and nothing else
I don't think your devil's vault can still be used in latest version, last time I remember if you break bed and place it at the same spot it will just re-register your respawn
prison idea that i put here for no reason: 10 by 10 chunk prison area going to the build limit, made as a less majestic looking version of Gaia's Vault, surrounded by a 1 chunk wide wall also going to build limit, each side having its own set of timed Elder Guardians, and every chunk in the wall has a toggleable chunkban. The wall is surrounded by a 100 chunk wide area of permanent chunkban. All that surrounded by another 1 chunk wide wall with Elder Guardians. Squilly boat glitching out of the cell is not possible, because just above the cell's roof there is a 2 block tall pocket with lava, which sends the prisoner back to their spawnpoint in the cell. Pearling all the way to the prison to help the prisoner escape is only an option if you can throw an enderpearl 1600 blocks away. This, is Project Anexodus
