After a harrowing 10-hour journey from Kathmandu, fraught with challenges and a mix of relief and exhaustion, I finally set foot in Pokhara-Nepal's picturesque gateway to the Annapurna mountains.
Eager to escape the tourist buzz, I grabbed my trusty bike, the Black Beauty, and pedaled out of town, craving the serene unknown beyond the city's limits.
My destination awaited with a daunting welcome: a daunting staircase of 1000 steps. Little did I know, this marked the beginning of a true expedition into the heart of adventure and mystery.
