Awesome motor mate, my first car in 2017 was a 1990 mk4 escort 1.3, had exactly the same interior as yours, believe it or not, its the rarest mk4 interior you can get as only came on some 4 door cars! If you ever want to sell that interior id be a buyer!
Ah really didnt realise that, but then again it could only have came with certain exterior colours 🙂 no would never break a car as solid as this. Whole car is for sale though 👍🏻
Fab car and video there chap, cheers! I had the same in the early nineties on a 'D' reg in Chesnut with the same interior colour as yours. Alas mine being an '87 model year didn't get the power amp to the stereo. As a side note your reg F***MAR is a Ford fleet/press car reg number, my Dad had a Granada Scorpio at the same time and it's reg was also 'F***MAR' too. Looking forward to the next episode mate 🙂
@Retro Ratchet My current long term daily driver is a 1988 'F' 2.9i V6, Granada Mk3 Scorpio in Satin Gold with a Mace (tan) Leather interior. A fab car to drive, a really comfortable old barge.
Later mk4s weren't quite so bad for rot as the earlier d plate cars which were rotten at 6 yrs old still quite a few around with good battery trays mines a h plate and it's a never been welded shell
Absolutely mate, got some std wheels and trims, that will be on the nxt vid, (infact u will clock them sitting in the vid i put out today). What makes these worse is that they are actually capri ones, so only 13s
