@@emperorshowa8842 he did not send troops to Russia but give them to Germany the "blue division" for its war against communism but especially the USSR. after the civil war in Spain the H made it clear to Franco that he was indebted to him. Franco then had no choice and obeyed the meeting in Hendaye between the two shows the refusal of friendship between the two but no cooperation
