I am 39. I have a kid, wife, etc. I don't feel old at all. I don't look old, I don't feel old, I am in great shape. I have friends without wives and kids that are breaking down. Some that get a minor injury and essentially give up on life. I don't get it.

You give me hope for when I get older. I wanna get to your age and feel almost no difference in my age and body. Sometimes at 23 I feel old which is kinda wild, but that’s mainly because just kids think everyone is old.

Miz absolutely wants to move, he's explained this on stream. Its straight up because everything bad that has happened to him in the past 2 or so years happened in that house. The trauma is tied to his house and his very room. Imagine trying to go to sleep in a room where you've had fits of depression, rage, and suicidal thoughts due to a bunch of bullshit. He's been saying he wanted to move anyway cause his house is far out from anything but all the drama just gave him a real reason. He's moving because he wants to move on.
