Electroplating-free belt buckles can be recycled by factories, melted down through physical high temperatures, and recast into different buckle, achieving a green cycle. This ensures high-quality buckles while promoting sustainable environmental development without deviating from the fashion industry chain.
Our metal belt buckles are made from zinc alloy, offering not only oxidation resistance but high tensile strength. Skilled craftsmen create fine hairline patterns on the surface, preserving metal's natural brightness and texture, lending a refined, gentle expression to the buckle.
The water-based PU belt dye doesn't contain substances of very high concern (SVHC) under EU REACH regulations, and the production process releases no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), reducing negative health impacts.
