ESO Best Way to Level Up Companions (Elder Scrolls Online 2023 Guide) 

I hope the endless dungeon thing is a good option to level them up later this year.

The Vile Manse in north west Reapers Marchis a decent place to grind companion (and CP) experience too. Lots of mobs that respawn quickly. Nice for looting Provisioning mats too. +1 for advice on wearing training gear as companion get the percentage experience increase too.

Sets of crafted training gear sit in my chests, light, mid and heavy, at roughly10 level intervals and for healer, tank and dd options - this tends to meet all my training needs, and make a noticeable difference in xp gain. This could sound like a big investment of time, resources and effort to create the training gear, but when you have played as long as I have, it kind of just happened naturally as I played and created new characters. Though my leveling gear is called upon far far less often now as I had the full 18 characters, just finishing a 19th with the updated expansion of character slots, and so will probably only be leveling up 1 more character for a while! I have argued long and hard that we actually need about 36 character slots. Another standard is of course the use of xp scrolls, I have literally hundreds of them simply from playing the game, so having one on through my levelling is always done. Again, easy when you have played as long as I have I accept.

I think the one level per guild daily thing might be a recent change, when high isle came out I tried lvling Isobel’s lines with dailies and just ended up giving up and using the impresario’s tickets. By level 6, each daily was giving me half a bar of the guild xp line at most

I think the alikir public dungeon and the forgotten crypts are also pretty good leveling options, for companions and players.

I have been only using Mirri for every piece of content since companions became a thing. Along with all the overworld stuff and her occasionally being a member in a dungeon group and she still isn't max level!

Did anyone ever notice that the die station from rolis is 35 writs and the crafting station from Faustina is 500 writs and they do the same thing if I'm not mistaken! U should make a video on it. Or check it out. Keep up the good work!

What about Mora's Whispers Mythic (Light shoulder piece)? Gives up to +15% monster kill XP, as well as buffs to AP/inspiration etc.

Did they change the number of dailies to level companions, I thought it was 2 dailies for 1 level. You can use different characters to level up the levels faster (but not reputation). One other thing I recently found out was the last achievement you get from a companion you get their perk at all times, even if you don’t have them out. I also just bounce from public dungeon to Public dungeon because you might as well get all of the overland gear in an area while you boringly level your companion up.

Thought they said they would be adding gold companion gear. Other than one gold ring that was a guarenteeddrop from some event crate . I haven't seen EVEN ONE piece of gold companion gear

Dumb noob question: 😊 you say we should have “epic” training gear. I googled epic gear but nothing came back. Can you be more specific what the names of those gears are please? I got Heartland. I’m going to have my crafter make some for my low levels. But I would like to be geared up specifically as you are recommending and need the other piece of the puzzle. Thanks in advance, Jake. I have only ever spent event tickets on levelling companions as everything else is worthless - it's just cosmetic. You have this the wrong way round in your video.
