Try Sotha Sil Expanded for Morrowind. It's a bit difficult to get into the city itself but once you do, it is... very different from its depiction in ESO. And personally, I consider it part of my canon.

I haven’t played Morrowind before but I don’t know if the lore was abandoned, Zenimax work closely with Bethesda to make sure everything fits the lore.
