These are the most complete, comprehensive, useful and enjoyable guides for ESO that I've ever seen on youtube. You really know how to make some top-quality content 👍👍👍
After spending days of my life fussing over details I was sure no one else would see, I crashed out and slept for a day, and this was the first comment I saw Sunday when I looked. It's really gratifying to know all the work mattered. Thank you!
@@Tamriel_Tidbits Absolutely!! Your content is such a huge asset to the ESO community! You really hit that sweet spot between providing all the necessary information and having a great personality and presentation style. And as a completionist and lore buff your channel is literal perfection for people like me :D Thank you for all you do, your hard work is certainly evident and paying off!
I'm so glad i found your channel! Your presentation is amazing, you are articulate, easy to understand and the volume at which you speak is just right plus the little quips you throw in make me smile. The information is top notch also, clear, concise and well informative lol. You are now my go to for this kind of information!! Keep up the fantastic work!!
Thank you so much, and thanks for watching! It does take a lot of time to finesse it all into shape, and it's really gratifying when ppl appreciate the effort. I do one of these for every patch - welcome to the channel!
I am so glad I found your channel. You cover the content many gloss over and do it so well that it's a pleasure to watch the entire video. Thanks for the hard work.
Oh, thank you for pointing that out! You're absolutely right about the wings. I missed that, and I love dragonflies! But that makes it one of ESO's hybrids, then - the venom-stinger-tail is a wasp body shape; neither damselflies nor dragonflies have that bulb-and-point at the end. So I guess we can only call it a crystaljack, not a demon-spawn-wasp. Yay? But as pretty as they are, a swarm trying to kill me is annoying. :p
Lovely content, thank you so much for compiling all of this. Btw, any ideas yet on how to obtain the leads for the various Ayleid furnishings? So far I have been getting leads only for the grandiose tree and of course all the leads for the anvil which was one of the first things I made sure to get as I share your enthusiasm for all things shiny, haha. Really want to get my hands on those Ayleid windows and arches!
Thank you! It always helps me understand a zone better. I haven't heard anything about the window, no, and was planning on looking into that this week. I've got the blacksmithing station and music box, but those were so straight forward I decided to hang off on making a video w/the leads. Blacksmithing station IS very shiny, huh? :D
Thank God there's another channel showing achievement rewards/collectibles. CED ESO is no longer updating and I was getting annoyed trying to google how the new dyes and new cosmetic rewards looked like with no results. Subbed and liked :D. Keep up the good work!
Yes, food on plates makes me happy! If you don't want bugs as part of your food, tho', check out Elsweyr, Summerset, and High Isle furnishings; they also have plates with food that is entirely bug-free. :)
You bet! I tossed one together pretty quickly, but I'm looking forward to refining it. I'm planning a video tour of that house once I finish it, but it won't be for a while; have to collect a lot of Mirrormoor and Ayleid furnishings.
Great video, thank you. I'm not sure whether I'm disappointed or relieved as I don't actually like a lot of the stuff that requires group content or Tales of Tribute. It's too...bling? I am disappointed that there doesn't seem to be more in the way of building components. Custom builds are my endgame so I hope those items will be added later on. Cheers.
Oh and for Shadow Queen mythic, usually steed mundus and concealed weapon on a nb should be enough! I swap between Wild Hunt and 3 piece Night Terror, but want to try it out (praise be Nocturnal)
Praise be, indeed! I always want my characters to move as fast as possible, particularly thieves - I ran the Steed Mundus, Jailbreaker, Ring of the Wild Hunt, AND the Concealed Weapon spell on my NBs for a long time. Giving up the RotWH is.... going to be tough. I wish there was a step-down program, or patches like for nicotine - the withdrawal is going to be intense, lol.
Thanks; and thanks for watching! I've been trying to figure out which enemy that is and which spell effect, but haven't nailed it down yet. If I do, I'll reply again to pass it on. If you figure it out, please let me know. :)
I keep hoping they will make an update that makes is possible to "forget" or filter furnishing plans. my crafter knows hundreds of plan i wont ever use cause they have better versions now, and it takes so long to go through the ones i dont want to make to find the ones i do (xbox main)
I know there are a lot of changes coming to housing in the Q3 patch this year, and I am praying they add a better UI system for sorting furnishing patterns, because you are not wrong, it can be a nightmare to find the option you want.
Sadly, no. That was one of my first thoughts, too. This is the first round of additions, tho, and I'm expecting that "Onyx Black" Force Pulse to be a crowd-pleaser, so hopefully there will be more black effects in future patches.
I am so dissapointed they added scribing. ITs going to me a huge cluster and I dread the broken crap that will come out of it. There's certainly a wealth of furnishings coming. The emotes are interesting but how many do people actually use?
I keep thinking 'this is just like normal skills with passives plus CP'. Can't see much value in it other than that it's 'new'. And you're right, the first few months are going to be a mess. I'm waiting it out by playing another game instead. lol
I appreciate that comment - I started organizing the new chapter info several years back b/c it was just so overwhelming to step into all that content blind. I wanted to do everything at once and didn't know where to even start first. I'm really pleased to hear it helps other people the same way!
Crafting doesn't impact either Scribing or Skill Styling. Each character will have to unlock and collect Scripts independently, so it doesn't matter which you start with. After the first character does the quests, subsequent characters will only need to do the first two to gain full access to the altar, and the achievements themselves are account-wide.
I’ve been playing ESO for at least 6 years and I’m still overwhelmed with the amount of content the game has to offfer… almost to the point I don’t want to play anymore 😂😂😂
I totally get that. I think w/MMOs it's important to really pick and choose where you spend your time. That's part of why I do the rewards videos - so you can see what's out there and prioritize where you want to spend your time.
@@Tamriel_Tidbits I’d say my favorite things are, Trials, housing and scrying… And I’d love to get some of the skins that drop in some of the four man content but they’re super hard to get and don’t know people that can run them..
@@andresmanzano1138 Totally get that; I love the stories in the group content, but the vet achievements are tough. Pretty easy to see from my videos I love housing, too, and ... ah, Antiquities. I'm not saying ZOS put it in the game to make me happy, personally, but it sure feels that way. :)
"I really love that skin for bed." I'll take "Things Only Gamers Say" for $500, Alex!🤣 I do know what you mean and you're right - it would be stunning. And that would be a great title; they missed the opportunity, lol.
@@Tamriel_Tidbits i’m so sorry I was in the car and didn’t have my glasses on when I wrote this, to proofread. but I like it when the developers give the “veteran players” like us a little bit of love, and respect, for being there all these years!
@@Mithia Oh, gosh, wasn't mocking the grammar, totally get that. Just... words non-gamers don't often put in the same sentence is all. :D And I completely agree - it's nice to get the nod!
Sure - it's the Thrafey Debutante Gown costume. It's assembled by acquiring and using 50 "Scaly Cloth Scraps," which is the collectible fragment from the Blackwood Public Dungeon. Good farming spot. Fragments used to sell for ~69K gold each, but they drop more frequently now. Easier to get and cheaper now on traders.
If you mean the Mages Guild Subsidized Scripts, they should be unlocked after the Dragon. Try going to one of the guild locations and see if one's there. In Wayrest it's upstairs on the left after you enter the guild.
@Tamriel_Tidbits On the help section, it says After completing "The Wing of the Dragon" Archmagister Vanus Galerion will make available a number of useful scripts in Mages Guild halls across Tamriel. I went to Vulkhel Guard mages guild and book was blank.
@@dean9288 There's a spot in the video where I show what it is you're looking for. (Watch 7:20-7:40) It's a scroll, one in each guild hall - they glow blue. You have to pick up the scroll and then read it to get the script.
I just discovered your page and what a wonderful; surprise , Im very new to ESO and just started as gold road dropped so my very first activity was to finish up the scribing. I come from MMOs like DDO and LOTRO which had a housing system but no where as detailed as here. Your displays of the furniture are just amazing and make me want to go and decorate my house that I seemed to have gotten by the purchase of the deluxe version of gold road so looking forward to filling it up with the noble furniture. Bookcases everywhere!
WOW! What a fantastically epic video! Thanks for the detailed information I will 100% be referring back to your timestamps when gold road finally drops on console! Thank you!😊
So glad to help! I like organizing information; it makes me happy. :) I do one of these for every patch, since the Necrom chapter. Welcome to the channel!
I just stumbled across your channel and I have been unable to stop watching your videos now. You can count me as another fan. Please keep up the great work!
Weird world w/AI, right? But yeah, this is my voice. I have vocal/storytelling training, so I can work off a script and still be natural. I do have a preset adjustment I drop on audio tracks to smooth out background noise and keep it from sounding tinny w/the cheap mic, but when I made it I fiddled w/the settings to make sure it still sounded like me.
Forcing people to play just one way doesn't work either, especially when you get adults playing instead of just kids. I'm 71, been playing mmo's for 24 years. YEARS. The first mmo I ever played was FFXI and everything required group play. Never again. Compulsory group activity is NOT about community. Community happens when like minded people are drawn to each because they're all doing what they /want/ to do. Not what they're forced to do. This 'solo play killed community' is such an old, sad furphy. Toxic players and toxic behaviour and toxic egos killed community.
@acflory.writer you probably shouldn't be playing multiplayer games. You have a really poor attitude and you'd probably get out played in any game easily lmao.
They are adding certain color options to certain skills - the ones I showed are the only new ones, for now, and none of them affect class skills yet. So, unfortunately, no to both of those. However, like @harveygardner6916 said, hopefully in the future they will keep expanding the options.
