Honestly this build performs way better with a partner that plays a burst build. Burst + the consistent pressure of this build is obnoxious as hecc
Forgot to mention: Play Breton or Dark Elf for your race. If Breton, run all weapon dam glyphs on your jewelry. I'm only khajiit because I only play khajiit.
This works on U40 for you console players and nothing changes to U41 unless you don't want to run Sea Serpents Coil. That will require running Markyn and possibly Flawless Dawnbreaker to keep your weapon dam high.
If you are on console U40, use Malacath instead of Markyn until the serverse roll over to U41.
Extra Build setup.
Drop master DW for Nirn kyn mace and a sharp mace. 1pc Trainee on sash and use essence thief gloves.
Monster set: Jeralls, Maarselok or Balorgh. Zaan if you want to be toxic and ling a specific person down. Pop corrosive on zaan proc.

Since being reminded of it, try thassians over both SSC and Markyn for U41 Update: use markyn when thrassian nerf goes through and use dual BRP swords with quick cloak, shattering rocks back bar and replace cinder storm for it.

@@liekosdawn It's definitely tedious to use if it's a bad night ye. Getting high weapon dam on khajiit with a build like this is just tough without either of those. But it can be ran without masters so you dont have to run annoying mythics and get to run a monster set at the same time. But that's something still in testing.

@@CaptBlamESO even getting popped by a bomber in a crowd or something and having to go kill ads or whatever to build stacks… I was trying to build around thrassians about a year ago, and found it to be too annoying to use/build around for the slight uptick in damage. Just rock with coil or Markyn, and you’re chillin

@@liekosdawn It's not too bad if you use the siege dummies. Can get all 50 stacks in about 1-2 minutes. But it is still going out of your way. Personally it doesn't bother me much, but I can see it getting really annoying for people.

With the new saint and seducer mythic this is gonna be fun on both nb and dk I think. Idk about sustain tho

Should give thrassians a try with modifier needed next patch to duplicate the current patch being 7,800 weapon dmg you maybe able to push up past the marker. Gives 1,100 weapon dmg at the cost of like 6k health I believe.

Not a bad suggestion if I can reach 30k hp without dropping far too much max resource. I didn't like THrassian on DK last time I tried it but will probably be sick on this build

@@CaptBlamESO yeah only saying that because without weapon damage you’re not gonna hit as hard since they’re taking a more aggressive stance towards the scaling of masters based off the weapon/spell dmg next patch. Heard that you’ll need about 7,800 weapon dmg next patch to hit just as hard as it’s hitting right now this current patch.

@@ViiViiDvTx Ya I just ran the numbers. 19k max stam is fine I think with essence. Should be sick, just a little annoying farming stacks every death lol. 7.8k WD, 8.3k WD with flawless dawnbreaker. I'll probably give it a try.

@@CaptBlamESO yeah 19k should be ok, plus dk is getting a sustain buff next patch anyway so either way your resource pool/sustain will be better next patch.

@@CaptBlamESO I’ve done some testing myself and am gonna go for a 5 piece wretched/ 4 witch knight piece set with 1 Druid and 1 trainee , I got my health to 28.5k and 8,500 weapon dmg with 1 magma, 5 rallying and 5 ancient dragon guard but, 8,500 is a lil over kill and I’m gonna drop a minor amount of dmg for health/ more sustain. Should achieve about 30k health and still hopefully right around 8k weapon dmg. Just gonna test between the lover and warrior mundus to see if more pen is needed. With major breach on the enemy I’ve got a lil over 12k pen between raw/debuffs. Also in cyro PVP if you go shoot those target dummy’s outside your spawn zone with the scatter shot siege they have down there you can get your stacks insanely easy.

Ive been testing essence and kynmarchers on DK. To me the snare of sea serpents is too strong to not run expedition, especially with the sorc meta. Id suggest either dropping sea serpents for DDF or swaping out rending fpr blade cloack or RaT and using bloodspawn. But ggs. Definitely a good build and solid sets. Meow meow.

Ye I've swapped masters for BRP and I run markyn and DDF now. Most of my testing was at the tail end of U40 and beginning of U41 on this build so I wasn't quite used to all the sorcs and tarnished ganks yet. Working on a better build now, but I"ll focus on that once I get my sorc build out.

I play with a DK who's using that new cinder proc set and he seems to do a lot of damage to people tbh. I just need to farm the weapons to test it

@@GigaVic I used to actually run that setup lol, it's very good single target pressure and a lot of fun. Running it with wretched or trickery are both solid options I'd say. Or if you're feeling spicy try it with kynmarcher's cruelty. Sustain might take a hit though. And thanks!

Idk if it's the best build but I liked running essence thief, daedric trickery with a monster set and mythic of your choice for 2h. My previous DK build

Unsure as I havent tested it there. Mag sustain might be tough? Not really sure, I always have awful sustain in BGs on my Cyrodiil builds unless it's a build with wretched.

Khajiit, but dark elf and breton are probably the best choices. I dont change my races to completely min/max my builds in that way personally

It's harder to reach its max potential now, but with 6.5k weapon dam it's not a huge nerf, just a slight one. And I was running blood craze before. This patch run rending, it should be doing more damage overall than last patch swapping to rending slashes and the slight tooltip nerf on master dw. Morph change and hemorrhaging change makes up for it. Another secret tech tip, use thrassian and drop points out of stam and put a lot into hp. Your master dw tooltip will be even higher than previous patch.

Same build but instead of a mythic you use a monster set such as Jerall's, Maarselok, Balorgh or Bloodspawn. Move the kynmarcher pauldrons to the neck slot.
